Altar Decoration Committee
Comprised of volunteers who do seasonal decoration in the church. We are currently in need of volunteers to take over this great ministry. The list of duties is below. If you have any other questions, please contact the Parish office 920-856-6440.
Boys and girls from grades 4-12 who assist the priest at the liturgy.
Altar Society/Parish Council of Catholic Women
Welcome to all women of the Parish! This group promotes spirituality, leadership, service, and prayer. Examples of projects and activities include: the Remembrance Mass in November, Water For Life, cards for seminarians, kitchen supplies, and assistance with other parish functions. This group meets the 2nd Thursday of every month from April thru October.
Board of Education Committee
This group includes teachers, helper, parents, and interested parish members. They meet the 1st Sunday of the month.
Building and Grounds Committee
This group was formed to inspect and recommend projects for the buildings and grounds. Some projects are completed by the committee.
Extraordinary Ministers of Communion who serve the Body and Blood of Christ at Mass and to the sick and home-bound.
Advises the Pastor on financial matters of the parish. Responsible for monitoring all income and expenses and approving the annual budgets. Meetings are every 4th Tuesday at 6:30 pm.
Reader who proclaims the Scriptures at Mass.
Join together in song under the talented direction of Rick, our choir director, and organist Clarice. Sing at 9:00 am Sunday Mass as your schedule allows. Meet in the choir loft 15 minutes before Mass.
The Parish Council is involved in most activities and programs effecting the liturgical and spiritual life of Holy Name of Mary. They meet every 4th Tuesday of the month at 7 pm.
Social Concerns Committee
This committee helps to serve those in need in our community and through out the world. They meet every 3rd Sunday of the month at 10 am.
Parish volunteers who warmly welcome parishioners as they enter the Church and assist people to their seat if necessary. They also take up the collection.
Worship and Spiritual Life
This committee assists the Pastor in planning and providing for the Spiritual development of parish members through liturgical declarations, prayer experiences, and spiritual growth programs. They are currently in need of members and meet every 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:00 pm..
Food Pantry is open to assist those in need. The pantry is open every 1st and 3rd Saturday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
God’s Closet Clothing Drive is held the first full weekend of the month. Volunteers assist with setup on Thursday and take down on Monday. This is supported by the Social Concerns Committee.
Bake Sale is held the last Sunday of every month before and after Mass. Our religious education program receives all profit.
Funeral Luncheon Helpers assist the families of the deceased by preparing and serving a luncheon after the Funeral Mass.
